By creating an account and using StreamVault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
StreamVault provides a subscription-based streaming management platform. We provide account management, device setup guidance, connection health monitoring, and support tools. The specific content available through your subscription depends on the plan you choose.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed duration as shown on the pricing page. You choose the plan duration and device count at purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly opt in. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: share your credentials with others beyond your plan's device limit, resell or redistribute access, attempt to circumvent device limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in suspension without refund.
5. Trials
Free trials are available to new users for a limited time. Trial access is intended for evaluation only. We may limit the number of trials per account or device.
6. Device Management
Each plan allows a specific number of simultaneous devices. You can manage your devices from your dashboard. Removing a device frees a slot for a new one.
7. Limitation of Liability
StreamVault is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibility. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected subscription period.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
